Clubs & Co-curricular Activities

Build lasting friendships and find unexpected opportunities for exploration, discovery and fun.

Five young women sit on outdoor steps, smiling and working on laptops together. The background shows white railings and windows, suggesting a school or campus setting.

At Miss Porter’s School, clubs and co-curricular activities allow each student to connect with peers, pursue passions, explore new interests and show up as their most authentic selves.

The Porter’s campus offers countless opportunities to get involved through many different student-run clubs and equity and inclusion organizations. Each of these organizations is a chance to dive deep into what you love, explore new things and connect with peers. Getting involved in clubs and organizations is also a chance to build your confidence and gain valuable life skills that you will use long after graduation.

Eight people stand on stage under a screen displaying “Threads of Us: A Feminism Talk.” Some clap and smile as they face the audience, with warm lighting highlighting the group.

Why Not Try Something New?

Porter’s provides endless chances to step outside your comfort zone and expand your horizons. Channel your creative talents into school publications, like the school newspaper or literary magazine. Or connect with peers around a shared identity or lived experience as part of one of our many affinity groups. Wherever your interests take you, you’ll find lots of opportunities to explore, lead and try new things.
